Who Is This Guide For?

Our implementation experience shows that the need to organize delivery notifications most often arises in three situations:

  • You work with a third-party logistics provider (3PL). Large retail chains with extensive distribution networks require the use of a 3PL, and the provider expects information about every stage—from shipment to the warehouse to delivery to the store.
  • You export to Western Europe. There, delivery notifications are the industry standard. Creating them manually on the recipient’s platform is time-consuming, error-prone, and doesn’t scale with the number of shipments.
  • You deliver to retail chains. Requirements can vary widely—from a full delivery notice to a “streamlined” list of products without packaging details or lot numbers.
