We respect and value the privacy of every person (hereinafter referred to as the "User") who uses our website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or the "Website"), and we collect and use personal data solely in the manner described herein, in accordance with our obligations and the User's rights arising from applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR").

1. What personal data do we collect?

We may collect certain personal data of the Users of our Website, including in particular:

  • Personal data provided by the User of the Website while using the contact area of our Website (the CONTACT tab), including: e-mail address, telephone number, job title, company, first and last name, and data contained in the message content and any attached file.
  • Data provided by the User for the purpose of sending ordered content by e-mail: e-mail address.
  • Data provided in connection with the use of the chat available on the Website: data contained in the content of the correspondence.
  • Data that we collect automatically for statistical and marketing purposes by means of cookies. The cookies in question do not allow for the direct identification of a natural person.

2. How do we use the personal data we collect?

In accordance with the GDPR, the use of personal data must always have a legal basis. We use Users' personal data only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. Users' personal data may be used for the following purposes:

For the Controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which is:

  • Receiving and handling User enquiries submitted via the contact form;
  • Providing the service of sending content ordered by the User;
  • Ensuring the stability and security of the Service and its Users;
  • Managing the Website and improving it for optimal browsing by the User;
  • Establishing, pursuing, and defending claims, as well as protection against potential claims.

3. What rights do Users of the Service have?

The User has the right to request access to their personal data and to obtain information about it, to update, rectify, or erase their personal data, to restrict processing or to object (on justified grounds) to the processing of their personal data, and the right to data portability, to the extent limited in accordance with applicable law, including Articles 12–22 GDPR.

Every person has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if they consider that the processing of personal data is carried out unlawfully.

4. How long do we retain personal data?

Personal data is stored in a form that allows identification for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data was collected.

In particular:

  • Data provided while using the contact area of our Website (the CONTACT tab) is retained for the period necessary to provide a response, and subsequently for the period of the limitation of claims.
  • Data provided for the purpose of providing the service of sending content ordered by the User is retained for the period during which the service is provided or until the User unsubscribes from the content.
  • Personal data processed for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, and defending claims is retained for the limitation period applicable to the respective claims.
  • Data collected automatically for statistical and marketing purposes while using the Service is retained for the validity period of the respective cookies.

5. How do we protect personal data?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures to store the personal data we collect and to maintain its confidentiality, and to protect it against unauthorised or unlawful disclosure or access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or damage, taking into account the state of technological knowledge and the cost of implementation.

6. With whom do we share personal data?

Personal data will be available only to a limited list of recipients on a restricted-access basis or where required by law, including, among others:

  • Suppliers and service providers acting as the Controller's subcontractors, in particular entities responsible for managing the Website, who may have access to Users' personal data to the extent necessary.

7. Transfers of data to third countries.

Some data recipients may be established outside the European Economic Area, which does not ensure an adequate level of protection (a "Third country"). In each such case, the transfer is carried out solely using appropriate safeguards associated with such data processing, including, among others, through the application of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other measures in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.

8. Automated decision-making.

Your personal data will not be used to make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

9. Cookies

The Service uses cookies. Cookies are IT data (small text files) saved and stored by the web browser on a device.

The Website uses the following types of cookies:

  • Necessary — these are IT data saved and stored by the browser, related to the provision of services by us by electronic means. They are required for the website to function correctly — without these cookies, the website cannot be displayed properly.
  • Statistical — these are small text files that anonymously collect data about how users interact with the website (e.g. which subpages they visit and how much time they spend on them). Thanks to this information, the Controller can measure traffic, detect errors, and continuously optimise the operation of the Service to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Marketing — these are data related to advertisements and their targeting. Marketing cookies are used to deliver content that is more relevant to you and your interests. They allow us to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and marketing activities undertaken.
