Infinite has been our IT systems provider since 2004. The implementation of EDI system automated the flow of documents (such as invoices and orders). The delivery of our products takes place faster now, while the cost of order processing is noticeably lower.

In the meat industry, time is not only money, but above all freshness and availability of the product. Gobarto S.A., one of the undisputed leaders of the meat sector in Poland, has for years relied on innovation to maintain its market advantage. A key element of this strategy has become long-term cooperation with Infinite, which has evolved from sales systems to comprehensive EDI data exchange.
Gobarto's dynamic growth and the specifics of Polish trade - characterized by a large dispersion of smaller customers - forced the company to look for an EDI operator that would provide greater flexibility than existing solutions. The main goal was to fully automate the circulation of documents (orders and invoices), not only with large retail chains, but also with smaller stores using non-standard data formats.
Gobarto's relationship with Infinite was not born yesterday. The company has been successfully using Infinite SFA (Sales Force Automation) systems for years. Thus, a natural step in the development of the company's digital ecosystem was the decision to take Infinite under its wing in the area of electronic data exchange as well.
The implementation of the Infinite EDI system included:
- Integration with the ERP system: Automated data flow eliminated the need for manual information entry.
- Support for multiple formats :The system efficiently translates standards such as EANCOM into formats specific to smaller customers (e.g., Gobarto, Market or Small Business XML).
- Electronic invoicing: Stores receive invoices even before the physical delivery arrives, dramatically speeding up the process of getting goods on the shelf
What sets Infinite apart from other operators is its ability to adapt quickly to customer needs. In an industry where change orders and specific contractor requirements are a daily occurrence, the technology provider's flexibility becomes critical.
This is perfectly reflected in the opinion of a Gobarto representative:
"What we appreciate most is that Infinite can adapt to our realities. We have many small customers, different document formats and constant change. This is never a problem for Infinite - they respond quickly, offer solutions and simply deliver. This has made our processes more stable and much faster." - Jaroslaw Daniliecki, Logistics and Administration Specialist at Gobarto
