Lynx Contracting is a Saudi construction company based in Riyadh with over 25 years of experience in engineering, procurement, project management, and construction. Lynx has successfully completed several commercial, institutional, hospitality, healthcare, residential, and mixed-use projects.
They require a ZATCA accredited e-Invoicing solution that will enable them to comply with Phase 1 and 2 requirements through integrating their Oracle R21 ERP system. As Infinite IT Solutions has been specializing in system-to-system integrations and e-Invoicing solutions long before the roll-out of mandatory e-Invoicing in KSA, business requirements have been easily identified for the client.
Lynx opted to send invoices to Infinite’s ZATCA e-Invoicing suite through SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) where the Infinite middleware converts received XML invoices into ZATCA compliant outputs. Validation mechanisms have been set in place in the Infinite middleware to assure that all ZATCA required fields are present and correct, including the generation of a compliant QR code in the invoice outputs. Currently, Lynx Contracting is fully compliant with Phase 1, where Phase 2 will be underway once they qualify for the suited wave.
Using the Infinite ZATCA E-invoicing suite saves us a significant amount of money when developing new systems or changing the entire ERP system.
