Simplify ZATCA E-Invoicing Compliance with Infinite
With 6+ years of regional expertise, Infinite has empowered top enterprises with seamless, ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing integration across industries.
The e-invoicing mandate in Saudi Arabia is fundamentally changing the way VAT-registered taxpayers issue and manage invoices. To comply, businesses must connect their systems with ZATCA’s FATOORA platform and generate e-invoices in a structured format that fulfills all technical requirements. Real-time invoice clearance and reporting are mandatory, and companies must also earchive invoices in accordance with regulatory guidelines. As a result, traditional paper and PDF invoices have been fully phased out in favor of a fully digital invoicing process.

Mandatory E-Invoicing in Saudi Arabia
Effective January 1, 2023, e-invoicing became mandatory in Saudi Arabia. Taxpayers must connect to the ZATCA (FATOORA) platform and issue e-invoices in a designated structured format, with all e-invoices reported and reconciled in real time with ZATCA. Every VAT-registered taxpayer is now required to submit e-invoices containing specific information in a structured format and to electronically archive them in accordance with the regulations. Consequently, suppliers are no longer allowed to generate or store invoices in paper or PDF form.
