One provider
E-invoice delivery and the approval process in one system. One contract, one SLA.

Infinite has been our IT systems provider since 2004. The implementation of EDI system automated the flow of documents (such as invoices and orders). The delivery of our products takes place faster now, while the cost of order processing is noticeably lower.

E-invoicing mandates standardized how invoices arrive. In most enterprises, what happens next still depends on email, spreadsheets and manual follow-up.
Limited visibility. Finance cannot see at a glance where an invoice stands, who holds it or when it will be paid.
Weak approval controls. Approvals given by email are difficult to evidence in an audit and easy to make outside the approval policy.
Delayed month-end close. Invoices awaiting cost allocation hold up closing and make accruals less reliable.
AP Hub closes this gap with one controlled process from receipt to posting.
Every step is logged. Ready for any audit.
The invoice is picked up automatically the moment it reaches your company through the national e-invoicing platform. Supplier, number, dates, amounts, VAT and the official invoice ID are filled in straight from the e-invoice data, with the PDF image shown alongside.
Duplicates are caught before they enter the workflow. PDF and scanned invoices follow the same path, read by OCR.
The person responsible for the cost describes what the invoice is for in three dimensions: cost type, cost center and project. Values come from your ERP lists, so nothing is typed by hand.
One invoice can be split across several lines by amount or percentage, and AP Hub checks that the split adds up to the invoice total. Attachments and comments, such as a delivery protocol or a contract, stay with the document.
AP Hub sends the invoice to the right approver based on your approval matrix. If the amount exceeds a manager's limit, it moves automatically to someone with the authority. Nobody has to find out who that is or forward emails.
Multi-level approvals, substitutes during absence, deadlines and reminders keep invoices moving. Managers can approve in two clicks, from a browser or a phone.
Accounting receives a complete document: invoice data, image, cost coding and the full approval history. A final formal and tax check, then one click releases it to your ERP as a ready-to-post entry.
If something is missing, the invoice goes back to the right person with a clear reason, not an email to ten people. The document and its history stay in the archive, ready for auditors.

Accounts payable (AP) automation is software that handles a purchase invoice from arrival to posting: data capture, cost coding, approval and transfer to the ERP. Infinite AP Hub automates this process for e-invoices received from national e-invoicing platforms, so invoices move through one system with a full audit trail instead of email and spreadsheets.
AP Hub is the accounts payable module of Infinite's Global eInvoicing Platform. It takes each purchase invoice the moment it is delivered, routes it through cost coding (cost type, cost center and project), amount-based approval and accounting review, and exports a ready-to-post entry to your ERP. Delivery and the approval process come from one provider.
Mandatory e-invoicing standardizes how invoices are delivered, not how they are approved. After delivery, someone still has to code the cost, approve the spend and check the invoice before posting. Without automation this happens over email, which delays month-end close and leaves no audit trail. AP Hub automates every step between delivery and posting.
Yes. AP Hub connects to existing ERP and accounting systems through REST API, file exchange or EDI, so you do not need to replace your ERP. Infinite has integration experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Comarch and other systems. The exact scope is confirmed after a short review of the interfaces your ERP version provides.
AP Hub uses an approval matrix with amount limits per cost center or project. If an invoice exceeds a manager's limit, it is forwarded automatically to a person with the required authority. Multi-level approvals, substitutes during absence, deadlines and mobile approval are included, and every decision is recorded in the audit trail.
Yes. Structured e-invoices are processed directly from their XML data, without OCR, so no data is retyped or misread. PDF and scanned invoices, for example from foreign suppliers, are read with OCR and follow the same coding and approval workflow.
The standard AP Hub process goes live in weeks, not quarters. The exact timeline depends on the number of companies, the state of your cost center and project lists, and the ERP integration. Most companies start with a pilot in one company or cost area, and Infinite provides a detailed plan after a scoping workshop.
AP Hub runs in Infinite's private cloud in Europe, with an optional backup instance in the UAE. Access is role-based, the person who codes an invoice cannot approve it, and every action on a document is logged and cannot be changed silently.
AP Hub is designed for mid-sized and large companies processing from hundreds to tens of thousands of purchase invoices per month, with many cost centers, branches or projects. It suits retail, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, construction and shared service centers, especially groups operating in several countries with mandatory e-invoicing.
