Infinite EDI Becomes an Authorized EDI Provider for Amazon

Two days ago, Amazon officially launched its services on the Polish market. The American giant enables suppliers to use Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and in Poland, the authorized provider is Infinite EDI.

Delivering a product to the customer generates a large volume of documents within the supply chain, leading to high costs and consuming valuable time. Electronic Data Interchange helps automate these processes, allowing businesses to focus more on their products and customers. With EDI, receiving, processing, and confirming Amazon orders takes just seconds. The platform also detects processing and transaction-related errors.

Undoubtedly, EDI is a powerful tool that allows suppliers to streamline and automate many processes. Currently, integrating Amazon with a company’s EDI system often requires significant investment in ERP platforms, which is time-consuming and demands staff involvement. Amazon’s global solution is to work with authorized EDI providers—this reduces costs and significantly speeds up the entire integration process.

“As one of Amazon’s authorized partners, we enable rapid service activation because we operate on an existing infrastructure. When launching an Amazon channel, suppliers gain the ability to serve multiple clients, access an advanced data validation system, document tracking tools, and—unlike standard integrations—the ability to use various communication protocols,”

— says Jakub Kłębokowski, Market Development Manager at Infinite EDI.

Today, over 70% of internet users shop online, and more companies are realizing the importance of process automation—embracing EDI platforms, which are quickly becoming the industry standard.

Thanks to Infinite EDI, Amazon users can seamlessly exchange business documents such as invoices, orders, and many others. The system integrates automatically with internal software, helping businesses reduce operational costs.
