Infinite IT Solutions and Karama Business Center Partner on E-Invoicing for Dubai SMEs

Infinite IT Solutions and Karama Business Center Partner on E-Invoicing for Dubai SMEs

Dubai, UAE – 19 October 2026. Infinite IT Solutions FZCO, an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) under the UAE Ministry of Finance e-invoicing framework, and Karama Business Center (KBC), one of Dubai's largest one-stop centres for government transactions, have signed a strategic partnership to help businesses in Dubai prepare for mandatory e-invoicing. The agreement was signed at a ceremony in Dubai on 19 October 2026.

Under the partnership, Karama Business Center becomes a strategic partner and onboarding channel for the Infinite Global e-Invoicing Platform. KBC will introduce the service to the more than 4,000 companies licensed through the centre and will register businesses both online and in person at its offices in Al Karama. A dedicated team of KBC advisers is being trained on the UAE e-invoicing requirements, so customers can get compliance guidance alongside the licensing, visa and PRO services they already use the centre for.

What the partnership means for businesses in Dubai

For a small or medium-sized company in Dubai, e-invoicing is the next government obligation on the list, and many do not yet know where to start. The partnership turns that obligation into a guided process:

  • One place to get it done. Businesses can register for e-invoicing at KBC's offices in Al Karama or online, in the same way they already handle licences, visas and other government transactions.
  • Trained advisers. KBC's team is being trained on the UAE e-invoicing rules, so a business owner can ask practical questions in person and in their own language.
  • An accredited provider from day one. Every business onboarded through KBC is connected to Infinite's Ministry of Finance-accredited platform, so there is no need to evaluate the technical requirements alone.

UAE e-invoicing timeline: why Dubai SMEs need to act now

The UAE Ministry of Finance has set a firm timeline for e-invoicing under Ministerial Decisions No. 243 and 244 of 2025:

  • 1 January 2027 – businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must issue and receive e-invoices.
  • 1 July 2027 – all remaining businesses in scope follow.

Invoices are exchanged in the Peppol-based PINT AE format through Accredited Service Providers and reported to the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), in what is known as the five-corner model. In practice, this means every business in scope must appoint an ASP before its go-live date; for the first wave, the Ministry of Finance set the ASP appointment deadline at 30 October 2026. A PDF sent by email will no longer count as a valid invoice. Our Peppol e-invoicing in the UAE guide explains the model step by step, and our article on how to choose an ASP for UAE e-invoicing lists what to check before you sign.

"A natural extension of our one-stop model"

"Our customers come to us because they want their government procedures handled in one place, quickly and correctly. E-invoicing is the next obligation on their list, and many small and medium-sized businesses do not yet know where to start. By partnering with an accredited provider like Infinite, we can offer them a compliant solution, help them register and support them through the transition, exactly as we already do with licences, visas and other transactions. It is a natural extension of our one-stop model."

Hani Ebrahim, CEO and Managing Director, Karama Business Center

"The e-invoicing timeline is now set, and the first deadline is less than three months away for larger companies, with the rest of the market following in July 2027. Karama Business Center is trusted by thousands of businesses in Dubai, and its team talks to them every day. Together we are turning a compliance requirement into a simple, guided process. A business can walk into KBC or register online and be connected to an accredited e-invoicing service without having to navigate the technical requirements on its own."

How the Infinite platform handles UAE e-invoicing

The Infinite Global e-Invoicing Platform connects a company's accounting or ERP system to the UAE e-invoicing network, generates and validates invoices in the PINT AE format, and handles exchange and reporting through Infinite's accredited infrastructure. As both an ASP and a Peppol access point and service provider, Infinite acts as corner 2 and corner 3 in the UAE model, so a business needs only one connection to send, receive and report its invoices.

The platform already supports e-invoicing and tax reporting mandates in more than 30 countries, including Saudi Arabia's ZATCA system, and Infinite has served customers across the GCC for more than six years from its Dubai office.

How to register

Businesses interested in the service can register in person at Karama Business Center's offices in Al Karama, Dubai, or online through the UAE e-invoicing page on infinite-it.com.
